General Process Control

Micro Services Group has designed, built, and installed process control systems for widely varying processes such as roofing insulation cutting, machine tool control, production chemical compounding, and different forms of flow control. We are a Rockwell Certified Solutions Provider and recommend Allen Bradley PLCs. We have utilized many other types of PLCs and will be happy to use whatever type PLC the customer would prefer. Textile Opening Room Controls

Our Opening Room Controls use modern PLCs with touch-screen input to replace older less flexible forms of control. These controls can provide increased production, less chokes, and better quality. These improvements are realized by using motor control based on calls from production machinery to optimize stock feeds. Production set ups can be easily changed and verified using the touch-screen panels. Historical error tracking is a standard feature and production monitoring can be added as an option. Textile Cooking Room Controls

Our Cooking Room Controls use modern PLCs with touch-screen input to replace manual control of cooking operations. These controls improve the cooking conditions and provide much better batch to batch reproducibility. The touch-screen panels provide selection of 50 to 100 formulas.
