PRODUCT OVERVIEW: Graphs of statistical groupings of monitored or measured data make the locating of abnormal conditions easier. They can assist in improving both quality and running efficiency.
With the current increased interest in quality, there is a need for a practical, easy to use statistical graphics package. We call this package STATREP. Monitored data from Micro Services Group's monitoring systems or measured QC data can be analyzed and displayed graphically.
STATISTICAL GRAPHICS: The type of reports that STATREP will generate include control, range, significant difference and correlation graphs. The upper and lower control limits can be entered manually or calculated. All reports are either line or bar graphs selectable by the user.
The data for these graphical reports can be obtained from our Murata, Schlafhorst or mill monitoring systems in addition to the Quality Control Data Entry system. One common program will display any of the data. This program has to have a separate driver added for each input type you plan to use. You purchase only what you need but can add others later.
A user builds a report specification that tells STATREP what data to extract from the monitoring system or QC data file. Once the report specification is built the user runs the program and a graph will be displayed on the computer screen or printed on a printer.
These are high quality graphs in full graphics mode. They are designed to allow the user to easily observe how monitored or measured processes are performing and to detect problems caused by equipment or materials. Trends can be easily observed from the graphs.
