PRODUCT OVERVIEW: Micro Services Group's Motor information data base system is designed to help you keep track of your motors in the different departments and plants under your control. It allows you to organize essential information and keep notes on each installed or stocked motor. The program provides rapid searches and data listings.

The items like Plant and Department are selected from pop up menus for consistency in searches and listings. The other items are typed in as needed. You can search the file in various ways to assist you in locating useful information. You can, for instance, list all motors in the MSG plant, Dye House department, and # 5 Dye Range machine. Remarks like "Replaced 3/17/01" can be entered to help in keeping up with motor history.

By using a separate department of "Shop Storage" etc. you can search all motors in storage and available for replacement when a motor has a problem. The screens and listings have been designed to provide maximum practical information in an easy to use format. Information can be displayed on the screen or listed on a printer as needed.

This program can be operated with a keyboard or a mouse for option selection. The program has username and password protection where needed.

You can enter, edit and list data as appropriate. Multiple remarks can be entered and these can be changed individually to keep track of changing information.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: This program set is designed to run on a Pentium or better PC with color monitor and hard drive. The amount of data that can be stored is dependent on the available hard drive space. An ink jet or laser printer can be used for printouts. The program can be easily installed by any computer-literate user. There is a users manual and on-screen help is available in the program. Modifications to the basic data format can be made if necessary. Reports/listings now available can be modified or added to as needed.
