PRODUCT OVERVIEW: Micro Services Group's Schlafhorst authorized Central Informator Gateway (CIG) software for central monitoring of Schlafhorst Autocoro 240, 288, and 312 OES spinning frames allows external computers to request data from the Schlafhorst CIG.
This software runs on a Unix computer available from Micro Services Group and acts as a "Gateway" between the Schlafhorst frame computer and the monitoring system. It handles all the necessary protocol conversions and buffers data from the frames to external monitoring systems.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE: The CIG software and computer interfaces with the Texnet boards on 288 or 312 frames or to the Bus Controller for 240 frames. The Texnet boards for the ACO 288 and 312 frames can be purchased from Micro Services Group or Schlafhorst.
AVAILABLE DATA: The data available depends on frame settings. Older 240 machines typically have Shift Rotor Data available. The 288 and 312 frames typically have Rotor Data/Events, Piecer Data/Events, and Clearer Data/Events. Contact us for a more detailed discussion of the data and its format.
