HVAC BUILDING MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS

Micro Services Group, Inc. is a  Staefa (Division of Siemens Building Technologies) dealer. We use Staefa digital controllers to sense and control temperature and humidity to provide optimum room conditions while providing energy savings. These systems include a Windows PC with  floor plan display like the one above with zone conditions indicated. You can easily "jump" to other displays and change setpoints from the computer without having to go to any mechanical rooms. You can view chiller operation through interfacing to common chiller types. The control system can operate independently of the PC or the display program can run in the background to provide alarms. This system allows automatically changing setpoints when rooms are not occupied to save energy. This system also offers remote access to conditions and data so one or more sites can be check from a central location.

All sensing and control is digital based. This provides exceptional versatility and long term stability. All components are mounted in a NEMA enclosure for protection. Both printed and web based documentation is supplied with these systems.

Many HVAC units can be connected to one central field controller and PC so your system can be easily expanded as building conditions change. The system can be accessed via modem from our office for testing or maintenance assistance. We also have web based training and Staefa has an extensive set of courses to increase your knowledge of these systems.
